I am very pleased with the service I receive from Rigdon of Kansas City. They arrive at the time slot that is scheduled and their staff are very professional and thorough. My windows were streak free and no residual water spots were noted.

We've had Rigdon come out many time to clean the large, long exterior windows of our modern home. They're typically prompt, courteous, quick and thorough. About the only opportunity for improvement would be our window count is often different from one visit to another. It would be nice if we had a profile of some sort which included our window count so it (and the corresponding cost) would always be consistent thus we'd know what to expect.

The service was efficient and very well done. We will definitely use Rigdon again.
