I needed to reschedule my appointment and the staff was helpful in getting me rescheduled .
Roger contacted me (as I requested) when he was on his way, and arrived promptly. While here, he was respecful, and friendly. Roger got right to work to detatch and clean my dryer vent. I would recommend Rigdon and as an employee, Roger is a great asset.

Roger did a great job moving my junk from my house into his truck while it was pouring down rain!

Rigdon always does a great job!

I have been a Rigdon customer for about 14 years and have been very pleased. Until recently, I only contacted Rigdon for cleaning my windows. I had a small plumbing issue and noticed that Rigdon also did plumbing so I called and Sarah set up an appointment for me. The service man who came out was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and resolved the issue within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Ridgon.

The staff that cleared the snow from our driveway were so courteous, efficient and kind. They did a great job !

I appreciate Rigdon’s gutter cleaning service. They have been providing this service for quite some time (I’m not sure how many years). My only suggestion is in the clean up department. Part of my gutter system is directly over my garage doors, which are kind of cream colored. Invariably they are stained with the residue that is made up of decaying vegetation and the grit washed off the shingles. Once this stuff dries it can be problematic to get it clean. I know in the winter time it is difficult to do a lot of rinsing…with a bucket of water and a brush it took me probably 30 minutes to remove the stains. It won’t stop me from calling Rigdon next time—-just a little food for thought.

Very efficient workers. Team "lead" customer oriented and pleasantly attended to a few areas of windows needing extra attention after washing. Pleased with shiny, clean windows.

The gutter cleaning work was done quickly and efficiently. Also did a good job cleaning up afterwars.

James was friendly and easy to talk with. His window washing work was exceptional. The best Ive had with Rigdon!
