This was my first experience with Rigdon (window washing) and I definitely will be using them again (gutter cleaning). I first talked to Kristie, setting up the appointment, and she established a great rapport which went beyond the minimum info required.....like my military background and that of her family. Several days later, Milo and Ruben arrived to do the work and our windows have never looked better. Later today I will be calling to set up an appointment for gutter cleaning and I will request that they do the work. Hopefully, Kristie will be the person answering the phone at your end.
