They where paid to fix the problems with my plumbing and replacement of water heater and did a sloppy job I have had to have them come over 10 times and still have not fixed there work properly and put in a 3rd clean out and charged me for it. And refusing to answer or return a call. Instead of hanging the plumbing as requested they took scrap to hold pipes up and I have to keep fixing all connections because they where improperly glued. Did not install shutoff valves where needed. I all my years of construction I have never seen plumbing rigged up so sad. They changed me over $2000 for some simple work if I wasn't disabled I could have done the work myself. I called to at least get refunded for the work they didn't do they told me they don't do refunds and rick Sr and Rick Jr have cursed at me for asking for a refund and told me to take them to court.
