The office is efficiently operated and Dr Shaw has a good relationship with his patients. His assistants take the time to explain what’s happening with your eyes. Very nice people

I was nervous about having surgery on my right eye, but Dr. Shaw did a wonderful job. My vision is coming back now, and the gas bubble is dissolving. There are times when you are waiting for awhile for your appointment, but when I go to the office I expect to spend some time. I know the team is having to set up surgeries for people, give injections, etc. They are doing important work on all of the patients, including me, and I know they will take their time and answer my questions. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, having trouble with their eyes.

Very professional and courteous staff from beginning to end. Reached out within a couple of days of receiving the referral to schedule the initial consultation. Following the consultation, immediately scheduled the eye surgery. Short wait time for the procedure; walked me through the surgery to clearly set expectations. The only thing I’d say was bad was the indication that I’d be able to drive myself after the procedure. I would not have felt comfortable driving myself at all and thought I’d better have someone take me and drive me home afterward. Otherwise, expectations were spot on.
