I have been going to R&V consultants for 2 yrs now everytime I do I am not only amazed @ the unbelievable competency with entire staff but the kindness & respect they all show the patients,(especially the elderly).Dr.Shaw is so patient & kind ,I never feel rushed, he answers all my questions & concerns.Being a healthcare professional myself I know how important that is .Thank you all so much for the wonderful care Rose Marie Hansen RN

Initially had a hard time connecting w/ the referral on my torn retina. Day 2 I got Tamara (sp?) who made it happen. Dr Shaw did the procedure right away in office. Thank- you! Everyone in the office was super kind!

I'm not happy I have to see a specialist for my macular degeneration. But since I must, I don't think there's any better place for me. Pleasant, efficient, and very eye security/care conscious, they are responsive to any concerns too. Not just Dr. Shaw, but the whole team works together very effectively. It's true that that inevitably some days there's a bit of a wait. But the team does everything possible to get me/us the smoothest and medically safest experience. My eyes are really important to me. I highly recommend them (Retina & Vitreous and Dr. Shaw's team).

Update in May 2024.... I had a morning appt this month, and the timing was great, as well as the excellence and teamwork I've become accustomed to. My eyes are still my biggest future health concern, and I feel like I'm in good hands.

Have to share that it is pretty scary when you start to see flashes like lightning bolts, then to hear torn retina. Over the past six months all of the staff from scheduling, rescheduling, reception, initial exam, the “photo crew” to Dr Tosi were wonderful and treated me so well. Everyone was so kind, funny, and easy to speak with. All my questions were answered. I am discharged, hope I don’t have to return, but if I do..you are on speed dial. Thank you for everything.
