My experience with the office staff, technicians, and especially Dr. Shaw was everything positive. They were incredibly attentive and made sure I felt at ease and also made sure I understood all the procedures that were being done. It was my first time being seen there due to an urgent need.
I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that requires the care that they provide.

I was referred to Dr. Coussa and from the first appointment I was put at ease. Dr. Coussa explained my surgical procedure in way I could understand. He encouraged me to call should I have any issues and his staff was always helpful in scheduling me. Everyone is professional and I appreciate Dr Coussa’s kind manner. Your eyes are in good hands. My eye doctor at Eye Physicians and Associates told me to go here to confirm that I had a small tear in my retina. They confirmed and fixed it right away. Great Doctors at this place Very friendly and personable and of course professional.

Botched cataract surgery required referral to Retina and Vitreous Consultants for prompt emergency surgery to remove a “dropped lens.” Organisational flexibility coupled with superb talent and professionalism resulted in a very successful Friday evening procedure. Every follow-up appointment has continued to demonstrate very high standards of quality care from the entire team.

Dr. Shaw and team are amazing. I have complicated eye issues that have required multiple surgeries over the years. Most recently, a detached retina, followed by a detached lens. Dr. Shaw took the time to explain the procedure, risks involved, as well as possible complications. This allowed me to make an informed decision. I’m happy to say that everything went well, and I am on my way to restored vision. If you want great, expert care, and peace of mind, Dr. Shaw is who you need!
