Kind, courteous and caring. The staff that i have contact with are are always professional also. I am surprised however with the turnover,. They either due not pay their staff well or they are very difficult to work for. Otherwise why such turnover - I see different people every 3 months, I have only seen one regular in the last year.

They called and I made an appt. I got right in. I was surprised and happy that the eye specialist was able to do the procedure the same day. Everyone was very professional.

Dr Coussa was concerned and was advised to use the eye drops 1 time per day in my left eye to minimize the swelling and loss of additional eyesight.

Friendly, caring support is all I have ever received here.
