I was a bit nervous when I arrived, but the staff is amazing. Reggie put me at ease and assured that Dr. Shaw would let me know exactly what will happen. My exam was thorough and well timed.The Dr was able to assess the problem answer questions questions.

All of the people working at the Mequon office are exceptional. Very friendly. Dr Shaw is awesome. He listens and answers any questions you have.

The DR is Efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was not told that my vision is improving due to shots. Not mentioned until 2nd visit. Never told that the narrow pink tubes of saline solution can cause bacterial to collect because no cap. More friendliness from 2 male assistants to the dr. Never a word of CS from either one. Dr Shaw and female testing assistance very friendly.
