I found Dr. Shaw to be professional, friendly, and informative. He listened to my questions and concerns and responded to each with clear and complete answers. All of those assisting the doctor were well informed and took time to put me at ease. I was very grateful especially to the young lady who assisted the doctor on my first visit. She was a wealth of information and seemed to answer my questions before I could even ask them. This showed me she had been dealing with first timers before.

The staff and Dr Shaw were very friendly, helpful and courteous. After his examination Dr Shaw indicated that since my retina condition was stable, I no longer needed to visit unless I had an issue and to continue to see my regular eye doctor. A tribute to the excellent surgery performed by Dr. Raja, a number of years ago.

Required prompt attention to a botched cataract surgery. Dr Coussa and his team performed corrective surgery the next evening after a comprehensive examination and diagnosis. The efficient, professional staff at Retina and Vitreous Consultants has continued to perform superbly during each follow-up appointment.

My 93 year old mother has been treated for several months at Retina & Vitreous in Mequon. They have been so good to her and tell me how she is so enjoyable. They enjoy getting to know their patients, in fact today her doctor spoke about her discussions with my mom about crocheting and how she bought my mom yarn and a pattern to crochet a children's hat. It teared me up. They are remarkably friendly and caring.
