Dr Shaw and his team did a great job with late notice! All were very attentive and gave us clear direction with our appt at 10 am the day before Thanksgiving.

I was markedly impressed with how quickly I was seen for my initial appointment and that same appointment had my laser procedure with Dr Shaw!! I am an Advanced Practice Provider so I know this is remarkable service.

My visit to Retina & Vitreous Consultants was a good one. They got me in to my appointment on a timely basis considering they had a lot of last minute call in traffic. Staff was courteous and helpful. Dr Shaw was informative about my eye condition, and spoke to me in layman terms so I understood him well.

I feel lucky that Dr Shaw took care of the hole in my retina. He was very professional and skilled — it was painless and quick.
I particularly appreciated that he did a cost comparison ahead of time so I would know if it was cheaper to pay directly or via insurance.Thank you.
