i LOVE Restoration 1 of Jackson because the entire crew I've had dealings with are so kind and understanding. They see you at your most vulnerable when you may be embarrassed as I was the shape my house was in due to my Son moving back home along with a storage unit full. We had absolutely no room. I was horrified to let anyone see. Eric, David, Lizzy, Ricky and the pack out crew made me feel so much better about my situation. Lisa from the Office has also been extremely understanding about my rescheduling due to my personal work schedule. I cannot praise this bunch enough. Their work ethic and determination to be careful with moving items in and out was superb. The flooring detail was also spot on and looks amazing. David Hogg and Maddie Dew really are the epidemy of customer service. Maddie went out of her way every single morning she came for cleanup to call me and let me know they would be there and to update me on how things were going. As someone who grew up in sales I really appreciate her going above and beyond to take care of the cleanup on our house. Will be recommending restoration 1 to anyone I possibly can. Read more >

Restoration 1 of Jackson was fantastic. Competent, professional, courteous and responsive. Restoration 1 of Jackson arrived within two hours of first contact with insurer. A lot of teams and people on our project, but communication and coordination was excellent - very happy with every team - remediation, pack-up, demolition, re-construct and un-pack, very well done. Although water damage can be a headache the one thing that was not during this whole process was dealing with everyone from restoration 1! From the very beginning, speaking to Zach and Emily about how everything would work and getting us prepared on what and how everything would go was great! Once the demo crew came in to rip up all of the floors we immediately fell in love with Greg he was so nice and very professional. The movers came in and literally packed up my entire house and in doing so they were very professional and made sure to take care of all of our belongings. Once my floors arrived they immediately sent out a crew the same day to install all of the floors and I must say this crew was amazing within 4 days they had everything installed and painted.
