I am so glad I used Restoration One because they did a great job all the way around. They were quick to get David Hogg to my home to access the damage after water flooded half of my house. He had Will come out and set up equipment to start the drying process. About about a week later Will and Demetrius did the demolition work. They were a fantastic team and left everything clean and ready for construction work to begin. I recommend this company because of their professionalism, their timeliness and their kind mannerism. Restoration 1 has been terrific to work with. First, they are fast responding so if you need them they will be there. R-1 guys (Josh and the team with him) are super polite and very attentive to the job. They covered the floors and separated rooms with plastic to minimize dust and debris. I was referred to Restoration 1 by Dent Air. I'm so glad I got this referral. They came out the next day to access the situation and started what needed to be done right away. During the process I met multiple employees and everyone of them were very professional and knowledgeable. They were glad to answer any questions I may have had. I hope I won't have any more water damage, but if by chance I do I will certainly use them again and will refer them as well.
