Based on previous experience last year and so far with the latest damage, Restoration 1 employees have been exceptional. I am kept informed, employees arrive as scheduled, and they perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
I would like to commend especially our project manager, Zach Acy, and our mitigation team leader, Demetrius Smith. Both have an ability to empathize and to make me feel valued.

They came out within a day of the hail storm on were on time. They were extremely courteous and explained everything. Prices were more than reasonable and they even came back the next day to make sure everything was OK. I will never use another company! Highly recommend!
