Restoration 1 of Jackson

The girls who came to first inspect the damage in my house were incredibly nice, fast, and informative. The work they did was very clean and even, and once they were done tearing out my ceiling and part of my carpet, there was zero trash left behind. They also came back over the weekend to check on the drying process. I couldn't be happier with their work. Also the way everyone I talked to, from the office manager to the second group of girls who picked up the equipment, were super accommodative and incredibly sweet. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Josh Collins and Dillon Wardlaw were AMAZING! They were beyond patient with me and were incredibly nice. It’s pretty obvious that they know their stuff and were so professional and made sure that their client was their priority. To be honest, they have been the most helpful throughout our entire leakage problem process. I cannot recommend this company, ESPECIALLY these 2 gentlemen, enough. Thank you guys!!!

I love Restoration 1 because they are super knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. When I ask them to do a little something extra, to make it easier for me to continue using my home at the same time getting the job done, they are always willing to accommodate my request - immediately and with a smile. They have
"saved my bacon" twice in three months. I am glad I know someone I can call who is close, and so very dependable! I thank God for Restoration 1!
