This company is absolutely amazing. A tree fell through our house on January 3rd. They came out as soon as possible because of the pouring rain, tarped our roof, and did everything they could to save our belongings. As the cleanup and restoration of our home was happening over the past 2 months, we were also dealing with end of life care and death of my mother. Restoration 1 did everything possible to work with us to make sure that we could focus on her and keep everything they were doing for us running smoothly. Every single person that came into my home from start to finish have been some of the kindest people I have ever met. They genuinely care about helping you make the process fast and easy, and helping you make your house feel like home again. I called another water migration company and they gave me the run around. I had water damage and no time to procrastinate. I called Restoration 1 and they came out the same day to give me an estimate and the next two days they had completed the job.
