I had a problem with dirty water flooding my home. I was completely overwhelmed with worrying, I knew I had a real mess, and, I truly did not have to a clue of what to do.
I placed a call to Restoration 1, within a short time, a team of helpful and caring people came to my rescue. It didn’t take very long and I knew that these people knew what they were doing. Caleb, Jeremy, Tim and David were the first team on hand. They were very knowledgeable and had patience with me in answering all my many questions. They came in and started taking care of business. I was completely in aw of what they were doing, especially in their precise documentation and straight out procedures. I had total confidence in the work they were doing and I began to have a little confidence that it was all going to be ok.

These folks are pros! They arrived within an hour and assessed the situation and set up fans and plastic barriers. They kept us updated on the progress and checked In on us daily. The girls who came to first inspect the damage in my house were incredibly nice, fast, and informative. The work they did was very clean and even, and once they were done tearing out my ceiling and part of my carpet, there was zero trash left behind. They also came back over the weekend to check on the drying process. I couldn't be happier with their work. Also the way everyone I talked to, from the office manager to the second group of girls who picked up the equipment, were super accommodative and incredibly sweet. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!
