Restoration 1 of Jackson

Restoration 1 was recommended by Andrew from Brad Rogers Plumbing whom I had called to repair a leaking water heater in my attic on 2/11/21. Water had leaked through the ceiling and onto the bedroom carpet. I called restoration 1on Saturday 2/12/21 and spoke with Leanne. She sent Josh and Eddie out to set up fans to mitigate further damage. They promptly mitigated the water from causing further damage. For the next 7 days our roads were impassable due to ice/snow; however, each morning Leanne called to check on us and assure me they would be back as soon as the roads were safe to travel. . On 2/22/21 Hart and Greg returned to check the damage and remove the fans. All the technicians and office staff were extremely courteous, professional, and personable.
