The Restoration people came immediately when we called and set up fans, dehumidifiers, etc and came periodically to check on whether the floors and walls were drying out. They were careful to move things or cover them during the process. Both David and Hart, the two supervisors whom I dealt with, were professional, courteous, and were never intrusive while in our house. They came in and did their work and informed us of the progress and answered any questions. I was very impressed at the efficiency of the process. The lady in the office who called and gave me times of arrival, etc, was also extremely nice. I would highly recommend this company.
