They were truly Amazing! I had a sink leak in my kitchen island. It was a slow leak so I didn’t see the damage until it was too late. I had to remove my entire kitchen island because the wood was rotten with black mold. I was very afraid because the granite had to be removed and I wasn’t sure if they could move it without damaging or cracking my granite. I knew if this would happen it would be very difficult and costly to repair and/or replace. Restoration 1 recognized my anxiety and they delivered! They sent 3-4 trucks and about 10 people to lift the granite! All throughout the process they kept talking to me and explaining the process to ease my fear. I also had my small kids at home and they made sure to create plastic coverings/ barriers for my entire kitchen with zippers. I am Very pleased with their customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again!
