We had a terrible, thankfully clean water pipe spew for hours and flood our entire basement. Restoration1 sent an initial team of 3 young men who were extremely knowledgeable and polite. By the end of the day, and it was a long one, we had met 4 or 5 more people. All of them were amazing. I had a flood from a fridge water line a few months ago. They responded quickly when I reported the problem. I was assured that this was a family company and that they'd take care of me. They resolved the problem, but they were very unresponsive to phone calls, email, etc. They left dehumidifiers / fans running for several days before coming to check to see that it wasn't properly drying. They were supposed to come back on a Thursday and didn't come back until Monday, and only then determined they had to remove some flooring. Meanwhile, I'm being charged per machine per day, racking up a hefty bill. They also double-charged / over-charged me for some things. For example, I was charged an hourly rate for a plumber to move the fridge, detach the line, etc. But then they also itemized each plumbing task, so I was double charged. I loved restoration one because they do everything from start to finish. Anthony was awesome to deal with very knowledgeable and got things done from our cleanup stage thru our remodel. He went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company directly so basically all we had to do was pick colors and floors. The rest was all him. Great company to deal with would recommend them highly
