We can’t thank Anthony Loi and his team at Restoration 1 for how quickly they responded! We had a pipe burst in our house at 1am and 3/4’s of our basement flooded. I called Anthony at 9am the next day and he was on site by 10am. He was able to assure us that everything was ok and what we can expect. His team showed up just a few short hours later and got to work! We couldn’t have asked for a more professional group of guys to ensure our home was safe and to help us to get our life back together! Coming home to an over flowing sink and water everywhere is scary and overwhelming. Our first call was to Restoration One of Central MD.

Angie was very impatient. The guys working in my house were very unprofessional and rude. I could see them on my camera talking about me. Angie’s tone of voice depicts unprofessionalism and that is not acceptable.
