Justin and team did an amazing job. They put a lot of care and understanding into the job. They calmed the worries of my pregnant wife and I throughout the process. They were very helpful working around our pets and toddler. From the second they entered they instilled confidence that the job would be done quickly and correctly. They took all of the pictures and videos needed to deal with the insurance company for us. We just had to sit back and let them take care of the issue. My experience with restoration was bizarre up until the end. Our bathroom had flooded, I called our plumber and our plumber had recommended them, saying they would work without insurance. I called and said we have home insurance with Allstate. The girl on the phone said that’s be no problem and wanted to get to work immediately as the water was everywhere. This happened Jan 31st, we were moved into a hotel on Feb 5th due to us having no access to a shower and a possible growth. It took foreverrrrrrr. Next thing you know it was an insurance issue, Allstate had dropped them or what not and it dragged longer than it should have. I felt like I was getting the runaround from both sides on getting our situation handled. On the last day of our hotel stay, there was still no resolution for the mold. Blayne, Sofie, Darryl and Chris are simply delightful employees. They patiently explained each process as the restoration took place. My basement was flooded due to a sump pump failure, while my family and I were away on vacation. While we frantically searched for help, we came across Restoration 1. They were the only one who could come out immediately to deal with the flooded basement.

I was able to speak to Anthony, the owner, and he was able to walk me through the entire process, and answered every question I had. He was very responsive on subsequent phones and texts for follow up questions.

Whenever someone is coming out to my house for evaluation or repositioning of fans/dehumidifiers, they always call and text to let me know of their ETA. The communication at all levels of the company is just top notch.
