I had a water emergency in the house one afternoon where a broken pipe poured water through my walls, getting lots of water into 3 rooms. I called Restoration1 at about 5pm. Anthony answered and was very helpful - he said he could have a crew at my house within 2 hours. Will and Blayne showed up and stayed until almost midnight to be sure everything was good for the evening. They returned and worked here the next day getting machines up and running. They were very professional and full-service (they took apart a bed and moved things around so the work could be done). They also gave advice for working with the insurance companies that came in handy. Everyone I talked with was very professional and focused on service. Thank you very much to Will and Blayne. I write to strongly recommend Restoration 1 of Central Maryland for its outstanding water abatement, extraction and remediation expertise, as well as it mold elimination services. I was immensely impressed by Restoration 1 and its performance and professionalism regarding my sustaining substantial water damage resulting from the unprecedented and well-documented cascading rainfall which occurred this past July 8, 2019. The literal waterfall which crashed down my exterior basement steps and through the steel exterior door overwhelmed my three internal sump pumps, and caused extensive property and structural damage to my full furnished basement, which included a home theater.
