I had called 2 other companies that didn’t answer their phone. Anthony answered on the second ring and was very attentive to my loss. I could tell he was with his family (my call was at 7:00pm) but he gave me the attention I needed. He sent a crew that night and they worked throughout the night. Then came back the next day to finish. His crews were very respectful and answered all of my questions. They assisted with the insurance adjuster and helped guide me through a mess of a situation. Restoration 1 came out to our home after severe water damage in our basement. They were so quick to come and assess and immediately start work. Anthony, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with - making it easy to get in contact with him, and answer questions we had. Will came out and did all the work and did a phenomenal job, leaving no stone unturned and even showing us things we didn’t know were there.
