Resort Advisory Group will help you get you out of the timeshares. However their lack of communication on the process is lacking. I felt they should of at least touched base once a month since this is a long process. I was very skeptical about the whole thing and thought we were going to get scammed again. They do work with a legal group and another group to ensure you do not get credit hits. Nearly 2 years and we are finally out from under the timeshare. I was looking for an organization who could help me end my timeshare contract and came across this company. I looked at their website and fortunately was vacationing near their offices and called to see if they were available for me to visit. I made the drive, was warmly greeted and welcomed into their offices, introduced to staff and presented with their process of assisting folks who needed assistance exiting a timeshare. In the course of several months, they helped me write my proposal to exit my timeshare, held my hand to complete the paperwork and kept me updated with the work they were doing with Hilton.
