The Advisory Resort Team were awesome! They were easy to work with, they kept us updated whether there was something to report or not. We truly didn’t think we would get out of that timeshare but we can now say we are timeshare free without any negative marks on our credit.

The Resort Advisory team were professional, friendly and called faithfully to keep us updated or to just say there were no updates. It took a little while but to our amazement, we got out of the timeshare and now we have a huge burden lifted off our backs. We really appreciate everything they did to get us out of that big mistake that we made.

Professionalism, and competence is the benchmark that Resort Advisory abides by.

These people actually help and from what I understand they do what they say they're going to do. Unlike so many other Pretenders these folks actually get people out of timeshare and poor decisions they might have made in the past my understanding is it's all based off of misrepresentation that's how they're able to break timeshare contracts

Hello my husband and I just want to say thank you to the Resort Advisory Group. They helped my aunt out of a bad situation. My aunt was tricked into buying a timeshare because she didn't understand English that well. She was under the impression that it will be beneficial for her and our family to have a vacation home that was relatively cheap. One year into it her payments increased because of interest rates.
I am truly grateful that the Resort Advisory Group had someone who spoke Spanish who helped my aunt out with what she didn't know. I appreciate their patience with everything, along with helping her remove this burden she had .

Resort Advisory Group does amazing work! My family and I have tried for years to get out of our timeshare contract. The developers refused to help. Instead, they kept badgering us with calls to pay more in maintenance fees or to upgrade. I wanted out, but I didn’t know where to turn. Lawyers I contacted couldn’t help me. When I received an unsolicited call from John at Resort Advisory Group, I listened. John and his team helped us with everything. Once we signed up for the service, our life got easier. Now I’m glad to say that we don’t have any further obligation to a timeshare developer. Appreciate your help Resort Advisory Group!
