Hello my husband and I just want to say thank you to the Resort Advisory Group. They helped my aunt out of a bad situation. My aunt was tricked into buying a timeshare because she didn't understand English that well. She was under the impression that it will be beneficial for her and our family to have a vacation home that was relatively cheap. One year into it her payments increased because of interest rates.

If you look up the definition of "Professional" you'd probably read somewhere they have a special skill set that separates them from the amateurs.

Basically you have Resort Advisory Group as the professionals, and I will say everyone else are the amateurs. The professionalism and efficiency that was provided to me could not be matched anywhere else I could've gone. The representative along with the manager I dealt with have a special skill set , the competence they show with the knowledge to back it up there is no comparison. This gave us a comfort in knowing the service provided to us, the work is going to be done right the first time.
