I used Resort Advisory Group (RAG) to fulfill my desire to cancel my timeshares. I did have more than one through the same company.
I had been unhappy with the timeshare industry for some time and it was then that I finally moved forward and contacted RAG. The Resort Advisory team were professional, friendly and called faithfully to keep us updated or to just say there were no updates. It took a little while but to our amazement, we got out of the timeshare and now we have a huge burden lifted off our backs. We really appreciate everything they did to get us out of that big mistake that we made.
