After my old HVAC company retired I spoke with the former owner (Chris) about the company he had sold to, namely Rescue One Air. I trusted Chris implicitly.
He assured me that he was selective in choosing who to sell his firm to. I called Rescue One after having issues with a different firm. They were good people but lacking in experience. It cost me about $2000 to arrived at that conclusion after having spent my last $1200 on a new fan which was installed improperly AND was not the issue.
I then called Chris who gave me Rescue One’s telephone. I called, they came, and fixed the problem temporarily. The unit needed replacement after just 10 years for a 4 ton Trane!
