Rescue One Air

I gave Rescue One Air a 5 stars because they deserved it. Tyree came to work on my Air in a professional, respectfully and with great sense of humor. To his boss and all at Rescue One Air, I say a big thank you for restoring back my Air.

I want to leave my review about Alex, the Service Manager for Rescue One Air. I came across so many good people with good intentions at Rescue One Air but they seem to not work in a forward direction as a group in solving problems, in sharing communications with each other, that would have certainly helped our situation. They are crazy busy and it shows.

Then today we met with Alex. He came to make sure everything was working correctly on a Carrier HVAC install. He should be in charge of the Sales Department, the Service Department and Customer Relations. He knows the HVAC systems and he can explain to the customer, he listens to the customer, and he cares.

Russell came out to service my AC unit. Great service!!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always have great service from this company.

My AC decided that the hottest day of the year (117) was the best time to quit working, and around 5pm. I called Rescue One Air and was very quickly put in the queue for service. Just before 8pm that evening, Gabe arrived. After receiving an explanation of what the AC was doing, he quickly went to work. In short while he came in and explained what was wrong and showed pictures of the 2 items that should be replaced. He provided 2 repair options (i.e. try one item and see or both items). Since the unit is many years old and no major repairs done before, I opted for both items. He set to work and in a very short time had the AC humming and kicking out cold air allowing for a very cool night sleep that night. Gabe has a great personality, sense of humor and laugh. You can't go wrong with Rescue One Air and Gabe.

Russell was awesome—he was here within the hour on a Sunday morning, was super friendly and knowledgeable, worked fast and did an excellent job. I pestered him with questions and he was more than happy to chat. Great guy, great service. Can’t recommend enough.

Tyree went above and beyond. Unit needed a capacitor that he had to go pickup from warehouse during rush hour. He did it and a/c is up and running. He took his time in the attic and with the outside unit. I truly appreciate him and being so thorough. I will request him for my next service, for sure! Thank you, Tyree. He was great with my two pups also!
