We had a problem with our heat not coming on when thermostat was set. Their service agent Brandon was here on time. BRANDON from Rescue One Air came out to do our yearly maintenance check on our heater. I was not able to be there, had my neighbor there to let him in.
There were a few thing wrong and Brandon spent the time on the phone to explain all the issues with my husband and I, even video walk through to explain what was wrong . Brandon was so patient and thorough, in our opinion Brandon went above and behind what most would do. We Can not thank Brandon enough for all his help.
We had a feeling we needed a new system. Our heater was over 20 years old and with Brandon's help we were able to make affordable payments. We are now able to get a new system.

Just had a great visit with Scott. He was very personable, and very helpful in explaining how our HVAC system functions. We needed to replace our air scrubber, which we didn’t know about. Scott took the time and explained (air scrubber) how it works along with our system. I liked also that he checked the air quality in our house, since we had been using our heater for a few days, there was no natural gas malfunction.
