When I say this company is heaven sent, I mean it. I received a call from Lori offering a free maintenance for my AC unit. I let her finish talking before I let her know that my AC unit wasn’t working and thanked her. We began to talk and I told her my story of buying a home warranty and they were refusing to fix my AC. I had been without a working unit a few months. She said her manager overheard the conversation and would send someone out to look at my unit. They did and they were not able to resolve the issue or figure out what the problem was. I didn’t have the money to keep investigating what it was but the gentleman was very nice and talked to his boss.
