Rescue One CARES about their customers. They are professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. I love the lady who does my scheduling. She is great and lets my sister (I referred my sister because they are that amazing) and I schedule together since we live in close proximity to one another My serviceman is SILAS and he is absolutely AMAZING! He is not high pressure, he is HONEST, and he always answers all of my questions. SILAS is pleasant and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. My sister's AC went out during the heat of summer and they lent her cooling units until they could replace her very old AC unit. This saved her discomfort and literally saved her dog's life.
