Shane arrived at my residence for my air conditioner maintenance on time. He was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable of my air conditioning system. He checked my system and provided in detailed of service needed. His technical expertise was exceptional. A friend recommended Rescue One and will most definitely will do the same to my friends. They are very responsive and someone always answers the phone. In a pleasant manner. On off hours they have an answering service, which is very reassuring.
I had a new HVAC system installed in Dec., and didn’t have any issues however when I switched to A/C once the temps hit the high 90’s, the new system didn’t cool. Alex, who is a supervisor, came out today and diagnosed the issue and addressed it in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in detailing the issue and the fix. He is a great asset and representative to this company.

Shane did a great job of explaining why our system was having so many issues. He provided a photo evidence justification for everything that he saw, so it wasn’t particularly difficult for us to see why there were issues with our system. He worked with our budget to make sure that we got the best price possible, and it seems really important to him that the safety of our children was taking into account with every recommendation he made.
