Outstanding customer service from Jessica and Alex. Jessica is so organized, helpful, and cheerful in working around my family's medical appointments to get my HVAC system maintained promptly. A new Carrier 3 zone system was installed March 2022 by Rescue One Air and has worked perfectly--no hot spots in the summer and no cold spots in the winter. This is the first time in 10 years that my system has worked the way it should thanks to Alex who has the knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to make everything run flawlessly. Matt was AMAZING! I’ve lived here not quite a year. Got an annual inspection. Matt showed me the value of buying a maintenance contract - I buy the contract, the things I needed were covered. The prices were reasonable compared to other companies I’ve used - maybe even too good! And he had a winning personality. He was fun to chat with and I felt like he was my son’s best friend taking care of me.

Company had great reviews which made me comfortable letting them even look at my AC unit. I knew I wanted a service contract before he walked in the door because of the reviews. Every time they come they try to sell you something that the prior guy never mentioned. They call a day prior to “confirm” even though you made an appointment for a reason. Then they call you again the same day to confirm again, even though you already confirmed the day before. If you miss the call they cancel you. Ridiculous, the appointment is made for a reason and you confirm the day prior. How many confirmations do you need? Got their call at 1pm and called back at 1:30 and got canceled even though my window was until 2pm. What a joke…..

Update: Problem was solved and staff understood graveyard workers can't be answering the phone to confirm so many times. Shane came and did my scheduled maintenance and did a great job. Read more >
