I have a 10-year maintenance contract with Rescue One Air. This includes two check-ups per year, cleaning, and impressive discounts on any parts and labor. I have come to realize how worthy my investment was. Today, during a routine six-month check-up the HVAC professional (Scott D) identified a critical issue with one of the parts (capacitor) that actually also posed issue a year or so ago. Within 30 mins, Scott D had inspected the unit, cleaned the unit, swapped out the defective part, and we even had a brief chat about our dogs! I am all about prevention rather than reaction, and this contract with Rescue One Air has allowed me to detect issues before they pose serious issue. Matthew Z went above and beyond with servicing our AC. My husband and I have a new AC that was just installed 2 years ago from a different company and Matthew was able to see why our AC was not working properly.
