My beautiful wife and I have been satisfied customers of Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling for many years. They installed and service our AC/Heater unit. They have always done a great job. Second Service: Had Jacob P come out and complete a service on both our units to get them ready for the summer. He was very thorough and explained everything well. The best part was that he did not pressure us into doing work we didn’t need and gave us options to fit our budget. From the techs to the office team Rescue One continues to impress us with exemplary service and customer service.

First service: Our AC died late afternoon a couple of days ago, so I contacted a few companies to try to get someone out to fix it that day, and Rescue One was the only company that would do the work for us. They were able to get our AC back up and running within hours of calling, and everyone I spoke to really cared and was willing to help. Our tech, Tim Sullivan, was excellent and very knowledgeable. Jalen came out to provide the routine service on my unit and found a couple issues that needed to be corrected before it caused even bigger issues. He was able to provide the service same day and gave me the best possible deal. I will be requesting Jalen when possible for future service appointments.
