Rescue Air performed a maintenance cleaning and evaluation of our system. Randy did an excellent job for us. He was running late the day he came, but he stayed late to complete a thorough cleaning of our system. He provided a concise and meaningful evaluation and made some recommendations in a clear manner. He explained their service contract options, but was not pushy in any way. He returned the next week to complete the repairs. Randy was clean, polite and made sure we were satisfied with the work and had all our questions answered.

Patt- Did our routine inspection to check our system. He was very polite & friendly. He has been the 1st person not to have any insulation come down in my closet. Kudos to Patt. It was time to replace my 27-year-old AC unit with a new heat pump. Caleb came out, looked everything over, and gave me an estimate. He was here on a Tuesday and on Friday morning the heat pump was scheduled for an install between 8:00 am 10:00 am.

At 7:30 am, Tuan and Chris were sitting outside my house ready to do the install. AJ showed up a little bit later to do his part of the install. They did run into some issues but after a few phone calls the supplies were delivered by other Rescue One employees. The install was completed within 5 hours. When they left, the area they were in was left clean. A few minutes later, another team that were not Rescue One employees, arrived and removed the items that were replaced. Even these workers, introduced themselves and were professional.
