In January 2017, Rescue One was scheduled to service my air conditioner units after recovering a telemarketing phone call. During the air conditioner unit servicing, I purchased a 3 year service plan including but not limited to a "24 hour emergency " response. On July 3rd, my family returned home after a long trip. On July 4th at approximately 12:24 am (0024 hours) my wife's parents stated the air conditioning was not working in their part of the house. I called Rescue One and received an answering service and left my information. They stated no one would be coming to the house that night and someone would call me first thing in the morning. After not receiving a phone call, I called around 9:15 am. I was told someone would call me in 20 to 40 minutes. I waited for over an hour, without a phone call, and called Rescue One back.
