Rescue One Air

Throughout the years I've had multiple air conditioner technicians try to oversell me and under-deliver once I found rescue one I was definitely skeptical but pleasantly surprised thank you Scott you're honest and didn't try to rip me off

David came to our home for the regular unit check up service before summer. He introduced himself and explained what he was here to do and also asked if I had any questions or issues to inform him about. He did an excellent job checking everything and explained how our units work and pointed out what everything is on the unit. Very helpful and professional.
We have new working with this company for 3 years and would recommend them to anyone.

We had an issue wirh our thermostat. Davud Shugart came out and helped us program it and set it up. He also went up and checked our ac unit and repaired some leaks. He was very professional and got the job done.

He was so friendly and was so professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he come to the door with a smile on his face he acknowledged my kids and I appreciate that. Great job!

David from Rescue One Air came out to my house the same day I called to fix my AC that wasn’t cooling my house. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He fixed my AC in a timely manner and explained things along the way. In my 8 years of being a homeowner, I’ve never been able to recommend any service person or company as much as I can recommend them!

Dean Prentice and Mike were awesome! I can have the air on now and watch TV without adjusting the volume every time the fan turns on!!! They worked a really long day and came back on w Sunday to get me up and running.

I have been nothing but extremely impressed with the service, professionalism and personal attention we have received since using your company. We, first, bought our home AC upgraded unit a little over a year ago and had extra duct work installed in our sun room, so that we can enjoy the room during the summer. Even the workers they had to install the ducts were very professional, careful with our possessions and even worked well and were kind to each other. The last person to come out was David. It was our 6 month check on the unit. He was so personal and engaging with us, that we felt like he was family. Then we asked him to come back and installed a compressor saver we so enjoyed him in our home that we are thinking about buying a surge protector for our AC because David explained how important that is. And besides... we want an excuse to have him come back.
