Update: January 20, 2019. Apology accepted. Changed star rating to reflect the nature of how the owner, Jason, owned the problem and reached out to me to fix it. If he goes out of the way to fix the problem, imagine how he and his company will reach out to you to fix your air conditioning needs with positive results.
Update: 0800, November 5, 2018. Jason called again to apologise, after the BBB complaint. Apology accepted. *removed obscenities - although one can understand the frustration that can erupt a tirade of vulgarities.
Update: November 2, 2018. I just got another phone call soliciting services. I asked to be put in the do not call list yet again. Filing another complaint with the BBB. IT DOES NOT STOP.
Update October 22, 2018: Jason, proprietor of Rescue One just called me to apologise and informed me that I will not be called again....
