Rescue One Air

I first used Rescue One Air to have my A/C unit checked for the summer. Their repairman called to confirm the appointment and was on time. The repairman (Ivan) was prompt, and very polite. He replaced a switch on the unit, and completely serviced it. I have never had such service before and will use Rescue One every time I need A/C work or service.

Ivan from rescue one did a fantastic job. Fixed a wire that had gotten hot, went in the attic when it was hot outside. Adjusted our fan speed and gave us a great deal. Super good honest guy. No BS. THANKS!

Had Scott C. Rescue Air Technician here yesterday for semi annual servicing. Scott did an excellent job in explaining and repairing some minor issues with our system. Scott had a pleasant personality and displayed a genuine interest in making sure our air conditioner runs effiently and reliably. He did great work. If you can pick your technician, you can't go wrong with Scott C.

Well I don't have opportunity to work with my old friends anymore. Miss y'all. Hello Mr. Jason. Awesome 👍 Nice.

I will use Rescue One Air for all my AC needs. Danny was the tech. He went above and beyond our expectations Was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my system. Was very personable. He fixed all of issues and then some. I recommend them for all your AC needs.

I had an appointment with Scott C. He was great servicing my units and giving me advice on how to take care of my AC/heating units. I have used Rescue1 Air in the past and would recommend for service.

Update: January 20, 2019. Apology accepted. Changed star rating to reflect the nature of how the owner, Jason, owned the problem and reached out to me to fix it. If he goes out of the way to fix the problem, imagine how he and his company will reach out to you to fix your air conditioning needs with positive results.

Update: 0800, November 5, 2018. Jason called again to apologise, after the BBB complaint. Apology accepted. *removed obscenities - although one can understand the frustration that can erupt a tirade of vulgarities.

Update: November 2, 2018. I just got another phone call soliciting services. I asked to be put in the do not call list yet again. Filing another complaint with the BBB. IT DOES NOT STOP.

Update October 22, 2018: Jason, proprietor of Rescue One just called me to apologise and informed me that I will not be called again....

We were called by the company to get a seasonal check up on our furnace. Since we had just purchased our home we thought it would be a good idea to get it checked out. Unfortunately the news was not good. Both the furnace and air conditioner had been fixed before in such a way as to make them unsafe and it was just a matter of time before they failed. David was very professional and showed us the problems. He took the time to explain everything and we feel very comfortable with our decision to replace both units.

First of all. I wish I took picture of before and after results. Danny came out and I asked him if I could hang out and see what he did. He was extremely nice and explained everything he was doing.
My a/c unit is running easier, quieter, and more efficient. I was happy that I called Rescue One and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

My first year on the Rescue One Air service plan has been great, and I have no intention of switching. Austin was the first technician to come out to our house, and now I request him every time. He goes above and beyond to explain what's happening and what he can do. He always takes photos and videos before and after any work he does, plus invites us to see it for ourselves (but we always trust him enough now that we don't climb on the roof with him anymore). Thank you Austin for the thorough and courteous service!
