Caleb and the entire Rescue One Air team were fantastic. We needed to replace our old HVAC system and were presented with multiple replacement options. We never felt pressured and appreciated the transparency and professionalism from Caleb. Our installation was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. During pre-inspection by the engineering team they recommended a new intake be installed and despite it not being part of our contract they added the intake without an additional cost. Well guess what they did it again. JUST REAFFIRMED MY OPION OF THERE COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. I had another company check out my AC unit the repairmans fix was to tape the unit for repair, not happy or impressed. Finally remember the name of my go to sorce for reliable work. The owner of this company is one of the best stand up guys you'll ever encounter, if it's not done right he insures it will be right. The repairman are top notch and are knowledgeable of the quality of the components being installed. They also have a service plan and you can transfer the plan if you move to another location.
