Wife and I experience an a/c failure and gave rescue one a call for the first time.
They sent thier tech out right away "on time"
When tech got here he was very clean and knowledgeable and found the problem right away, a wire that broke loose by the outside unit (most likely our dog knocked it off) Hector re applied the loose wire and did a complete service on both units, problem solved and all for under $100.00

Semi-annual service. Technician was professional, knowledgable and courteous.

Scam scam scam. Came out on a special to service my 2016 hvac. Found everything under the sun wrong with the system including the main coil was “leaking” because it had oil residue all over it from the pictures he showed. TXV valve was bad, two capacitors where bad. Then it needed a hard start kit and a surge protector. All total $3200 and the coil and txv valve were under warranty. Had Chas Roberts come out because they were the ones that installed the system, the coil wasn’t dirty or leaking, and the coil wasn’t bad. Oh and our system doesn’t even have a txv valve it has a “piston” so not sure how that was bad. All in all a huge rip off and scam.
Rescue one $289.50 hard start kit. And outside coil was $283.77, total for those two things $573.27. Chas Roberts $292.03.

I had rescue air come over to my house to check on my AC system before The summer heat. They called me the day before to confirm the time that the tech would be here making sure that that was still a good time. Then they called the morning of the appointment to let me know when the tech would arrive . The tech was right on time. Scott McFarland Was my tech he was amazing he took his time he explained everything and he was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Honest company with great prices and great service.

Prompt service. They strive to be professional at every level from front office to technician. That's not easy to do or top of mind for many in the trades. Our guy Ivan was a pleasure to have on our property, knew his stuff, didn't push any other sales but did make us aware of opportunities, some of which we acted on in our best interest. Though only 1 year into our contract I expect it prove well worth the investment over time.

Today Brandon came out for my annual air conditioning check up. As this is a new home fo me, I appreciated that he explained everything he was doing & why. A few concerns were noted & I decided to take their warranty package. Great decision as all of the costs were then covered. Knowing someone will come out every 6 months to check on my heating & air-conditioning needs is one less thing I will have to worry about.

Outstanding Service! Tony worked on our central unit this morning and he was extremely professional. He was on time and delivered such great quality service. He explained every detail of our system and went over all health reports.

The coils were super shinny after he has done with the cleaning and
made sure every corner was washed.

I would absolutely recommend this company and their service techs are just as honest as they can get.

The people at Rescue One Air need to be praised. The tech dispatched was Ivan and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and I like that he explained everything he was going to do and check on. The office staff I encountered were also very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they kept us reminded of our appointment and informed as to when Ivan would be arriving.
