Shane came out for a tune up and set up a maintenance plan that was very reasonable. Work was done fast and he was very courteous and professional would definitely recommend this company and service plan.

I had rescue one come to my home today , they had called me because i was a new owner and rescue one had free as tune up for new home owners. I did think everything was ok with the unit i was told by the sellers that the unit was 6 years old . Shane come to the door was very professional and courteous . Shane took the time to explain everything with how the ac unit was working and there was a problem,, the unit was very low on freeon and the coils was dirty,, he took the time fixed the problem there was a leak in the unit too . i really appreciate the time he took and wanted to make sure it was right and was quick to schedule and another service at no charge to send a tech out in a week to make sure everything was still right and make sure the ac unit is still fixed and working as is should. I have had other ac guys come out to service and or do a ac tune up and they ussually...

EDIT: The problem has been rectified. Thank you very much.

5 days ago this company installed a new thermostat and now my breaker keeps tripping. My husband called to have a technician come out to fix it but was told, "they're booked and can't take anymore calls." My husband tried to explain that this is an emergency because I am SICK! I have MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and heat can put me in the HOSPITAL! We paid $1,300 for a 5yr protection plan. And for what?! I'm now laying in my bed with fans on full blast with 3 ice packs trying to cool down. SHAME ON YOU, RESCUE ONE AIR!
