We had Daniel out to service our ac unit and he was amazing. Kind and courteous, and explained my unit To me.

Shane is a great person and a model employee! He was patient and kind. He did not hesitate to make sure our family stayed cool on a late Saturday night!

Shane was a great service tech! Professional and communicative with us. Given covid I understand the protocols in place, like a mask, he wore his and never took it off, even when outside! Thank you!

We have been with Rescue One now for 5 years and we will never use anyone else but them. We became 1st time homeowners in 2010 and knew maintenance was part of it. We started off using the "recommended " company from the builders and that was a mistake. Immediately switched over to Hobaica based on family and friends recommendations. It wasnt too bad but customer service was not a strong point for them. So when we were unable to get the company we had a contract with to come out and service our unit I was fed up. I saw a Rescue One van at a neighbors house and thought about them. Then the next day I was taking a friend home out in Buckeye and saw one of the employees lived right down the street from her. Rescue One is a company that I would recommend, everytime. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but above all, they have great customer service and they always speak very highly of both their boss and company; to me that speaks volumes.
