I used this company to install two new Carrier Brand Performance Series units in 2020 after my worthless Lennox units couldn't gimp along anymore after a mere 7 years( and mutiple costly repairs). Unfortunatley these Carrier units aren't really performing any better. Capacitors went out in 2023, and now the two stage compressor in one of the units is already done here in 2024. The compressor was covered under the parts warranty but the labor wasn't(just like the Lennox units) which was an out of pocket cost of 2240.00. I find it to be absurd that the new units can't run for 4 years without having a major repair issue especially at their high installation costs. My wife and I both expressed my dissatisfaction over their performace to the tech, over the phone, and then again in my inital review. I figured it was time to find a new company again.
