First, the customer service was top-notch. When I called to schedule an appointment, the representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were able to schedule me same day, which was a huge relief with hot weather around the corner.

The technician, Kelis, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC unit and walked me through the repair options and replacement process. His expertise was evident and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind in my decision.
