I called Rescue One Air and needed a repair ASAP. They wasted no time in making that a priority. Joshua Edwards was the tech that came out and he was 100% on everything he did from communication to replacing the part needed. Joshua was knowledgeable, kind, well mannered, thorough and made short work of the replacement. Thank you so much Rescue One Air! I can't say enough about how impressed and relieved to find an ac company like this. Honest, quick, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. From the dispatch center that actually sounded like they really cared and worked to get someone to me as quickly as possible, to the tech who served me, CALEB D! Caleb D is a rock star at his job. He was fast, 100% professional, got the problem fixed fast, and he was an outright cool dude. But what impressed me the most was the good honest human he was, and how that speaks for the integrity of Rescue One. Long story short, I left a lot of wiggle room for an un-honest company to take advantage of us by doing some repairs beforehand to try and save some money and see if I could fix it myself. Rescue one air heating and cooling has exceptional customer service. Both Alex and Silas father and son duo have been coming to my house for years. Recently my air conditioning unit was having an issue I can’t explain and the father and son dynamic came at separate times to explore whatever the issue was.
