I was having air issues, as my AC unit was no longer cooling down my house, or blowing any cold air and it was unbearable!! 🔥 🥵
I contacted Rescue One Air after I got no where with this other company I contacted first where the tech came to only assume what the issue might be without even taking the time to test his theories. I then decided to try a different company to see if I would get better results with Rescue One Air and it was the best decision I've made!! They first sent a tech out named Shane who took the time to thoroughly check every inch of my AC unit both outside and in the attic. He then worked diligently to test and confirm all issues he saw while also taking the time to give me a detailed explanation of what he was doing each step of the way. The BEST AC company by far in the valley!
Came home today to find my AC was completely off, even the thermostat was off. I called for service and they were here so fast! The tech, Matthew was incredibly knowledge, professional , and friendly. He got our AC unit up and working in no time. Even with the crazy weather we had today, they responded quickly and saved us. Thank you so much for being amazing!

John came to save the day on a Sunday!! We called a couple of other places that were not able to come out but this team answered and sent someone within 30 mins! John was professional, had all the tools needed even extra fuses! He was mindful/respecting of our living space. He thoroughly communicated the steps he was taking to resolve the issue. Scott did our A/C maintenance today. He is a friendly knowledgeable guy. Gave us step by step info as he went through the checklist. We had an overflow protection device installed today. Even gave us pictures of what he completed on the unit up in the attic. We recommend Rescue One Air. It's nice not having to worry about our system. They've got it under control.
