John was great in checking my system and helping me pick a maintenance plan that will work for me. I was impressed with how personable and informative he was, talking time to answer all my questions so I could make the best decision for me.

Had an issue with the drainage line for a furnace in a 3rd floor apartment.. Scott from Rescue One was able to clear the issue with compressed CO2 .. !

Hector was the the technician assigned to my home and he was very diligent very professional and and knowledgeable He made me feel very comfortable with all the work that he did for my unit and I will definitely ask for him to work on my air conditioning unit again I definitely recommend rescue one air and Hope to be using them for any future issues. Their prices were very reasonable Especially in today's current market, Thank you rescue one air and thank you Hector.

I always appreciate having Scott come out to my house for semi-annual service. He is thorough and spends adequate time explaining the diagnostics and systems.

Our A/C quit in the middle of the night. We texted rescue one and they got a hold of us first thing in the morning. Scott came out and got our A/C running again in no time. He was incredibly friendly and happy to answer questions. Explained to us what had happened and what he needed to do to fix it. Very professional and techs like him are why we trust rescue one air.

First and foremost when others like Chase Roberts are firmly 5 days out on relatively straight forward blower motor replacement and didn't as much as give a second look into alternative solutions, rescue one air managed same day diagnosis and repair.
Scott ended up being my technician for this job and was on time or earlier than expected both times. Scott explained the diagnosis and provided me options that would work with my individual needs . We delayed one day so I could get the OEM blower motor and not use aftermarket parts. Following day all the parts showed up and I was ready to rock and roll by 10am.

Scott , jes and the entire staff were friendly, on time informative and professional.
In the end the a/c is ice cold my dogs are comfortable and sleeping and I feel good about the repairs about the service provided. I'll continue using rescue ones service

The techs are masked and with booties. Drop cloths are used. The work area is left clean and neat. The techs are also polite, professional, and well organized.
They get the job done right.
