Rescue One Air

Scott McFarland came out today from Rescue One and was very friendly and helpful on explaining what was going on with my AC units, and helped me get on a maintenence plan. It's scary when you have these types of services done, not knowing what else could be wrong and how much more things could be without really understanding what's wrong but that was not the case with Scott. He did explained everything in layman's terms and the reasoning behind it and I don't feel overcharged at all like I have for other maintenance things. I really appreciate everything he was able to help with on my AC units today! Definitely relieved to have them working on my AC and recommend to everyone!

I had Travis from rescue one air come out and give my ac a tune up. He was very nice and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. This was the second time I had them out and it's always a pleasant experience. They are not pushy!

Travis was prompt, friendly, professional, and made quick work of the drain clog in one of my a/c units' drainpipes. He arrived about 10 minutes before I expected him and was through with the work - which included a couple of trips into my hot AZ summer attic - in under an hour. Rescue 1 Air is an excellent company. I signed up for the twice a year inspection plan and they have come through as promised. Just had my ducts cleaned today by Jesse and he was friendly, thorough and obviously knows what he’s doing. Fast too. The other techs that I have encountered, Darren, Shane and Silas all were excellent as well. One thing to note is that when Shane told me about a part that needed to be replaced, he called in and found out that it was under warranty saving me some money. I highly recommend Rescue 1!

I have a service contract with Rescue One and have always had wonderful experiences with them, from Jessica who answers the phone and handles the scheduling, to Silas and Scott, who were just here to do my regular check up. They found a couple of things that they recommended I consider, namely starter units and surge protectors. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I ended up having them install the items noted and got a great deal, as I also extended my service contract. I know I can trust Rescue One Air to be responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!!
